Our Story.
Two women, with the same fire in their hearts.
Sam & Farah have spent a lifetime navigating & leading in the tech and corporate worlds - where they built teams, scaled businesses and raised capital, while dealing with the invisible barriers women know all too well.
They first crossed paths while working at Microsoft, united by a vision for a more inclusive tech industry. They founded Femnesty with a clear mission: To re-write the rules of leadership and work for women, to help workplaces shift from performative to transformative cultures.

In 2022, during a candid conversation about the ‘myth of having it all,’ and their experiences with burnout, the idea for their book, Enough is Enough, was born and they embarked on a mission to uncover the truth and expose the impact this myth has on women.

Balancing her dynamic professional career with life as a mother of two, Farah’s personal journey is a reflection of her belief in achieving balance, both at work and home.

"The ridiculous theory that women own the responsibility for home and work rather than it being shared between both parents and by ‘balancing better’ you can be a good mother, wife and have a successful career"
